CRITICAL ACCOUNT POLICIES

Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited.
The use of Proxies or VPNs to manipulate geographic job locations is strictly forbidden.
Sanctions: Violations will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals.

Welcome to TrueJobber, a premier web utility connecting Employers and Freelancers globally. The Service is operated by TrueJobber, Inc. ("us," "we," or "the Platform"). By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

Users must be at least 18 years of age to utilize the Service. Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. TrueJobber must be notified immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

2. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you warrant that you will not engage in the following activities:

Use of automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to access the Service.
Collection or harvesting of contact information (emails, phone numbers) of other users.
Bypassing platform fees by soliciting off-platform communications or payments.
Transferring deposit funds between different payment gateways (TrueJobber is not a currency exchange).
Harassment, intimidation, or fraudulent activity against other users or TrueJobber staff.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain responsibility for the content you post. However, by posting on TrueJobber, you grant the Platform an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute said content. TrueJobber respects Intellectual Property rights; we strictly comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will terminate repeat infringers.

4. Financial Policies & Escrow

Escrow & Auto-Approval: TrueJobber acts as an agent, not a bank. Funds for tasks are held securely and will auto-close after 3 days if not manually rated by the Employer.

Refunds: Refunds are granted under specific conditions, and all requests are subject to review and approval by the administration. Please note that, generally, we do not refund cryptocurrencies.

Chargebacks: Users are responsible for all chargebacks. A $20.00 USD fee will be assessed to the user account for every rejected or reversed transaction.

Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 90 days will have their balances debited.

5. Advertising & No Investment

TrueJobber is a clean, professional environment. We do not allow third-party advertisements or scripts. Furthermore, TrueJobber does not offer or accept "investments." Deposits are strictly for the procurement of services or platform fees.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TRUEJOBBER DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS OR USER CONDUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
